      SOLUTION: This agricultural film is characterized as having a plurality of micropores obtained by perforation processing of a thermoplastic resin film with a needle having spiny projections.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anti-fogging agent composition having excellent adhesivity to the surface of a molded article, developing the anti-fogging effect within a short time, keeping the anti-fogging effect over a long period and useful for the treatment of agricultural film, etc., by using an aqueous dispersion of a specific resin, an inorganic colloid sol and a univalent electrolyte as essential components. The amount of the component C is 0.01-30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the solid content of the component B.
