SOLUTION: Temporary tacking 32 is applied to sagging parts of the first and second extra-long optical fibers 16b, 16c fixed at the interval of 1m on a belt-like body 25. Hereby, work efficiency in assembly or the like can be improved. A lubricant is interposed between the belt-like body 25 and a protection cover. Consequently, even if the load of a weight object is applied, the sagging parts are displaced easily, to thereby enable sure strain measurement.
