SOLUTION: The device in the valve 1 is equipped with a valve housing 2 including the first and the second fluid port 3 and 4. The closure element 5 is arranged in a valve housing 2, has the sealing part 15 and is equipped with a film 30. The second sealing part 14 of the closure element is arranged by making it contact the supporting part 25 of the valve housing 2. In order to provide a hermetic seal, this fitting means 16 is arranged so that the force may be transmitted to the supporting part 25 through the above second sealing part 14. The force is exerted by a spring means disposed in the device.
