In the fourth step, the sacrificial layer 42 under the probe 16 is removed, sacrificial layer parts 42a and 42b are left under the fixed tab 36, and the probe 16 and the fixed tab 36 supported on the base 32 at the sacrificial layer parts 42a and 42b as the support points are formed.
