A projecting part which is projected outward in the vehicle width direction penetrating through the inner panel and extends to the vicinity of the extension part of the outer panel is provided on the flange. The projecting part is interfered with the extension part of the outer panel as the flange is deformed, and regulates the movement of the outer panel.
