On the front surface of the projection part 4b, the conducting plates L1, L2 are provided with an electrically-connected power supply connecting terminal 5a and an information connecting terminal 5b, respectively, so that the electric power may be supplied and the information signals may be transferred from the wainscot module A by the intermediary of both of the connecting terminals 5a, 5b. The heat exchanger 7 is composed of a hollow heat exchanger outer body 8 fitted so as to cover at least an under part of the garbage treatment tank 2 in the state of being face-contacted with the outer side surface of the garbage treatment tank 2 and a hollow heat exchange inner body 9 fitted on the inner part of the garbage treatment tank 2 in the state that both end parts are communicated with the heat exchanger outer body 8. Therein, a flow path which passes through the heat exchanger inner body 9 from the heat exchanger outer body 8 and again proceeds to the heat exchanger outer body 8 again is formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect only garbage that has be disposed of while preventing garbage that has not been disposed of and a large amount of material that has been disposed of from being collected.
      SOLUTION: An open window 5 is provided at a perpendicularly upper part than a rotary shaft 2a and at a forward position from the rotary shaft 2a with respect to the rotating direction of the rotary shaft 2a during disposal treatment. A control part 10 controls an agitation driving part 11 to make the rotating direction of the rotary shaft 2a during disposal treatment reverse to the rotating direction of the rotary shaft 2a after the disposal treatment. Since content exists one-sidely on the side opposite from a position where the open window 5 is provided during the disposal treatment, the movement of the content from a disposal tank 1 to a collection tank 3 is suppressed. Since the one-side of the content is made reverse by making the rotating direction of the rotary shaft 2a reverse after the disposal treatment, the movement of the content from the open window 5 to the collection tank 3 is accelerated. As a result, the movement of the content from the disposal tank 1 to the collection tank 3 is suppressed during the disposal treatment. The section 20 controls the motor 5 and the heater 7 so as to be operated in a keeping mode in which the tank is kept in a normal state after the determination that no garbage is cast.
