      SOLUTION: A tilt part 14A is provided on a movable cam 14 projecting like a pin on an inner periphery of a ring shaped movable body 13 at a root elastically abutted with a projecting and recessed fixed cam 2, and thereby, the fixed cam 2 is elastically abutted to the tilt part 14A, and force in an outer peripheral direction applied to the fixed cam 2 can be eased. Accordingly, bending of the fixed cam 2 or opening of a fixed body 1 can be prevented, miniaturization and reduction of the weight can be achieved, and the operation can be ensured.
