    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail generating device which easily generates the main body of a mail message when an e-mail is generated by inputting voices, under the conditions that physical restrictions exist in a sentence-input means and a display part whose displaying ability is restricted is used, in an information terminal such as a television set, cellular phone, car navigation device and PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). SOLUTION: In the e-mail generating device 10, a dialog control part 13 outputs a guide sentence for urging a user to select an e-mail model sentence and input e-mail composition information, and also outputs a model requesting signal and the e-mail composition information. A sentence generating part 14 inserts the e-mail composition information into the model sentence thus selected to generate the e-mail. Accordingly, the trouble of generating sentences can be cut and the parts of the sentences to be corrected can be decreased. By this, the problem that a standard sentence can hardly be used without its correction and after the standard sentence is inserted by voice recognition, one is required to edit the standard sentence in consonance with the purpose by using the software keyboard of a television set or car navigation device or a small number of buttons of a cellular phone when an e-mail is generated can be solved.
