The holes for inserting the permanent magnets 2 are provided on either end face side in the axial direction with permanent magnet stoppers 11 protruding toward the holes or into the holes.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce impedance in a differential mode with respect to a common mode noise filter.
      SOLUTION: A common mode noise filter includes laminated insulator layers 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 whose relative permittivity is less than 10; conductors 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b, 5a, and 5b in which a paired groups 1a, 1b; 2a, 2b; 3a, 3b; 4a, 4b; and 5a, 5b aligned in parallel in the laminated insulator layers are formed to become double helical coils via the through holes of the insulator layers 12, 13, 14 and 15; and a magnetic element 17 provided in the core of the double helical coils. Thus, the impedance of the differential mode can be reduced.
