CONSTITUTION:When a one hour off timer 5 is under operation, a charging level VS of a charging capacitor 12 is applied to the base of a transistor 11 through a one hour off timer operating switch 9, therefore, collector voltage VC and emitter voltage VE of the transistor 11 are varied inversely proportional to each other. In accordance with this characteristic, emitter outputs of a transistor 10 and 15 are varied in each opposite relation as time elapses. That is to say, when one hour off timer operating switches 7, 9 are set to the lower side, at first the voltage is applied to a terminal A2, the voltage is not applied to a terminal A1, therefore, the receiving channel number is displayed in green by green LEDs 1-8-1-14, but as time elapses, a voltage level of the terminal A1 rises, red LEDs 1-1-1-7 are also lighted and are changed to yellow, and in the end, they display red.
