    • PURPOSE:To reduce a calking stage by providing the upper die and lower die equipped with a calking part and float preventing part respectively and arranging the upper die receiver and lower die receiver having a projecting shape as well. CONSTITUTION:A product pressing plate 4, linking shaft 5 and pressure spring 6 are assembled on the upper die 3 for a calking slide shaft 1 and a calking receiving shaft 7, pressure adjusting spring 8, calking float preventing plate 9 and pressing spring 10 are respectively assembled on the lower die 4. In the case of calking the front side, the floating prevention plate 9 is closely fitted to the plate 14 to be calked with the pressure of the spring 10 and a rivet 15 is calked. In the case of calking the back side, the upper die receiving base 12 and lower die receiving base 13 are changed from a recess to a projection and the calking is performed with the slide shaft 1 and receiving shaft. In this case, the pressing plate 4 presses the plate 14 with the pressure of a pressure spring 6 and the float preventing plate 9 closely fits the plate 14 and rivet 15. The calking stage is reduced because of the calking of both front and back being enabled.

    • PURPOSE:To make the setting of an upper drum ever so easy as well as to facilitate handling for a winding jig in time of automatic winding operation, by attaching both upper and lower drums to a winding shaft via a steel ball and a clamp screw, while installing an end wire holder which holds the terminal of a stranded wire coiled in dislike form. CONSTITUTION:In time of winding operation, an end wire holder 11 is locked to a G position in advance. And, first an initial wire 18 of a stranded wire 1 is set to a position where it should be, while both upper and lower drums 2 and 3 being secured to the initial wire 18 by a winding shaft 5 is rotated in an H direction, and the stranded wire 1 is thus wound up. Then, a block 14 is shifted to an I direction, inserting the end wire holder 11 into a notch hole 20, and a winding outer diameter of the stranded wire 1 is pressed to a C direction, then the stranded wire is cut off from outside at a J position. Thus, the stranded wire 1 is solidified upon self-fusion, and after that, a clamp screw 8 is loosened to some extent in an L direction whereby a steel ball 6 is pressed toward a K direction by a drop preventing spring 7. With this constitution, the upper drum 2 is separated from the winding shaft 5, and the stranded wire 1 is lifted from a notch 17 in the L direction, thus it is taken out as a product.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a position aligning apparatus capable of adjusting the positional alignment of a screen printing plate in high accuracy outside a printing press, constituted by mounting a jig for performing the positional alignment of the screen printing plate relative to a reference plate and a jig for performing the positional determination of the screen printing plate with respect to a substrate being printed. CONSTITUTION:A screen printing plate 3 and a reference plate 6 are inserted into a framework 7 and the upper surfaces thereof are covered with top plates with microscopes 9a, 9b. By this method, the outer end surfaces of the reference plate 6 is subjected to positional prescription by the framework 7. In the next step, position adjusting pins 8a-8d are respectively manipulated to adequately slide the screen printing plate 3 and the aligning marks 11a, 11b of the printing plate 3 are coincided with the aligning marks of the microscopes 9a, 9b. Subsequently, the printing plate 3 is fixed to the reference plate 6 by screws 13 and both of them are taken out of the framework 7 to be inserted into the standing framework 12a of a printing press while an opening and closing lever 12b is closed. By this operation, the framework 12a and a substrate to be printed are subjected to positional determination and, when the reference plate 6 and the printing plate 3 are inserted into the framework 12a, the screen printing plate 3 is automatically subjected to positional determination relative to the substrate to be printed.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance productivity to a large extent and to improve inspection accuracy by automatic focusing, by providing a lens feeding part, an optical inspection part, a lens width measuring part, an automatic centering part, and a lens taking out part, thereby fully automating the lens inspection. CONSTITUTION:Lenses 22 are mounted on a belt conveyer 29 by lens mounting devices 23, 24, and 25 and sent to a lens inspecting part 60. The width of the lens is measured by a lens width measuring device 34. Based on the measured result, inspections are performed by longitudinal short pitch resolution inspecting part 36, a lateral short pitch resolution inspecting part 37, a longitudinal long pitch resolution inspecting part 38, a lateral long pitch resolution inspecting part 39, and an amount of light inspecting part 40. The pattern surfaces of the lenses are sequentially and automatically aligned with the positions of the surfaces of light receiving tubes 51, 52, 53, 54, and 55 by automatic centering tables 56, 57, 58, 59, and 50. Under the state automatic focusing is performed, each inspection is performed. The lens, whose inspection is finished, is sent to a lens taking out part 72.
