摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To softly and surely hold a rubber hose over a wide range by a method wherein a rubber holding part is provided along the inner periphery of a main body, in which a rubber hose is inserted, so as to project and keep away the outer periphery of the rubber hose towards and from the portion of the holding part through the pouring or the extraction of a driving fluid in and from the holding part. SOLUTION: In a main body 13, a near circular columnar interior space 25, to the longitudinal direction of which a rubber hose can be inserted, is provided. A holding part 15 is made of soft rubber and mounted along the whole periphery of the inner periphery 14 of a main body 13 so as to cover a recessed part 13a. An airtight space between the holding part and the inner wall of the main body 13 acts as a driving part, which is formed along the whole periphery of the inner periphery 14. In addition, the driving part 17 communicates through a conduit part 17 with a compressed air line 29. By opening and closing an on-off valve 31 and a dumping valve 33 provided along the compressed air line 29, a compressed air is so constituted as to be introduced in the driving part 17 in order to project the holding part 15 towards the outer periphery of the rubber hose or discharged from the driving part in order to keep away the holding part 15 from the outer periphery of the rubber hose.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of projections on the surface of a hose caused by invasion of rubber into intake vents formed on the inner mold and the outer mold when a bellows rubber hose is molded by drawing a vacuum from occurring, by applying a specified structure to these intake vents.
SOLUTION: In a method for molding the bellows rubber hose in which on the outer periphery of the inner mold in which a hollow hole exists at the center, a bellows part is formed on the outer periphery, a straight cylinder part 7 is formed on both sides thereof, and a vent hole making the hollow hole communicate with the outside is formed, a straight cylinder rubber hose is tightly inserted, and the bellows part is formed on the straight cylinder rubber hose by sucking air from the hollow hole, an air-permeable raw material 9 for preventing the rubber from invading fills the vent hole.
