      SOLUTION: The steel frame stud 11 is joined by penetrating through the reinforced concrete beam 10, and a stirrup 13 is arranged on a beam main reinforcement 12 of the reinforced concrete beam 10. The steel frame stud 11 is formed of H shape steel, and the stirrup 13 is divided into two parts by a virtual dividing surface substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the steel frame stud 11. A hole 17 capable of inserting the stirrup 13 by superposing two pieces, is arranged in a part for penetrating the stirrup 13 in a web 14 of the steel frame stud 11. A lap joint 21 is formed by lapping end parts of both side U-shaped members 15 and 16 in the stirrup 13. This lap joint 21 is arranged in the hole 17 of the steel frame stud 11, and the web 14 is arranged in a substantially central part of the lap joint 21.
