    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulated culvert member which prevents underground water from intruding indoors through a skeleton since the contact of underground discharge with a skeleton is avoided when installed on the skeleton side of an underground structure and which has a heat insulating function.
      SOLUTION: This heat insulated culvert member 1 comprises a core 2 having a sheet cross section in which hollow recesses 2a and hollow projections 2b are alternately continuous to each other, a water permeable sheet 3 disposed on one side of the core 2, and a water cutting-off foam sheet 4 disposed on the other side of the core 2. The water permeable sheet 3 and the water cut-off foam sheet 4 are formed in a bag. The core 2 is housed in the bag. The width of the water cut-off foam sheet 4 is larger than the width of the water permeable sheet 3. The end of the water cut-off foam sheet 4 is so positioned as to further extend than the end of the water permeable sheet 3. Also, a plate member 8 having a large number of holes is disposed between the water permeable sheet 3 and the core 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment that makes a main reinforcement behave integrally with concrete and that functions as a composite girder.SOLUTION: A composite segment constitutes a shield tunnel and a vertical shaft. An inside surface of an arc-shaped steel shell for the segment is provided with a main reinforcement. An attachment direction of the main reinforcement is a direction orthogonal to the central axis of the arc of the arc-shaped steel shell. An end of the main reinforcement is bent in a U-shape, and that bent portion is welded to an arc-shaped surface portion of the steel shell. A distributing bar orthogonal to the main reinforcement is welded to other parts of the main reinforcement. Centrifugal compaction concrete is provided inside the steel shell.
