SOLUTION: Since control parts for partially changing the tangential velocity of the reverse yarn rotated by the rotating air flow are installed on the outer peripheral surface of the tip part of the hollow guide shaft member, the tangential velocity of the reverse yarn rotating in the circumferential direction can be changed. Consequently, fluffs of spun yarn produced are increased and a soft spun yarn having a great number of fluffs can be produced without decreasing tenacity of formed spun yarn.
