    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a joined body, which can manufacture a large-sized joined body such as a large-sized sintered body, having wholly uniform quality and function at a low temperature in a short period of time by selectively applying power to a joint part of bodies to be joined.
      SOLUTION: An insert material is interposed between the joint surfaces of two bodies to be joined, at a joint part, where the joint surfaces of at least two bodies to be joined are mutually butted. An insulating material or a high-resistance material is interposed between each electrode for applying power to the joint part and each body to be joined, at an area except for an area to be joined. Then, the two bodies to be joined are subjected to a pressing and electrical heating treatment, in which the joint part is selectively applied with power and is heated while pressurizing the bodies in a direction horizontal or vertical to the joining direction. By joining at least two bodies to be joined in this way, a joined body is made.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a powder laminate where a powder is uniformly laminated by one or more layers to the thickness direction; to provide a method for producing a sintered compact having a reduced deformation volume and high working precision without depending on the thickness of the sintered compact by subjecting the powder laminate to compacting and sintering; and to provide a system of producing a sintered compact where a sintered compact such as a metal base of a cutting blade and a cutting blade having high working precision is continuously sintered. SOLUTION: Raw material powders and a solvent are measured, they are mixed and stirred in a mixing-stirring tank installed directly above an injection nozzle, so as to produce a slurry. Thereafter, the slurry is injected from the injection nozzle toward a target into the inside space of a cylindrical cover. After the injection of the slurry, heating is performed in the middle of a process, and forced to dry. Based on the measured result of the thickness in the powder laminate which is laminated after powdering before its arrival, a lamination is formed on the target moving in accordance with the fed-back lamination pattern, so as to produce a powder laminate having a prescribed thickness.
