摘要： PURPOSE:To control the discharge of harmful gas by bringing high temperature exhaust gas from a waste combustion furnace with a heat resistant oxidizing catalyst forming a moving bed and completely burning it. CONSTITUTION:High temperature exhaust gas obtained by burning waste in a combustion furnace at 800 deg.C or higher is brought into contact with a heat resistant oxidizing catalyst forming a moving bed so that the exhaust gas is completely burnt. The catalyst used herein is a heat resistant oxidizing catalyst having a hexaaluminate structure designated by MOxnAl2O3 (n represents 5.5 to 6, M represents Ba, Sr, Ca, Mg, Zr, K or La and x indicates 0.5 to 3.0) in which a part of M is displaced by one or more metal selected from a group of metals consisting of Mn, Cu, Co, Fe and Cr as catalyst components. Dust adhering to the catalyst is removed by a dust collector 5 from the heat resistant oxidizing catalyst moved to a position where it does not come into contact with the exhaust gas from an incinerator. Thus, the heat resistant oxidizing catalyst can be used even in a state that the dust flows and the discharge of toxic gas can be controlled.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a semirigid polyurethane foam for absorbing lateral clash which has high hardness, excellent touch, and low-temp. properties and is reduced in weight by adding water and a specific lower saturated resin acid in specific amounts as foaming agents to a polyol. Although known polyisocyanates may be used, a polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate or the like is preferred. The compound represented by R-COOH is preferably formic acid. An amine catalyst (e.g. triethylenediamine) is preferably used in an amount of 0.25-1.00 pt.wt. per 100 pts.wt. the polyol.
