摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain excellent strength and to reduce shrinkage or slackening by using a composition, which consists of a compound having tertiary nitrogen promoting the trimerizing reaction of an isocyanate group and an org. acid, as a reaction controller to perform molding at high temp. CONSTITUTION:In such a case that open cell soft plastic foam is impregnated with an org. polyisocyanate compound as a reaction controller and a surface material or the surface material and a reinforcing material is laminated to the impregnated foam to perform curing, a composition consisting of tertiary amine and an org. acid is used as a compound for promoting the trimerizing reaction of an isocyanate group. This reaction controller is obtained by mixing the above mentioned tertiary amine compound and the org. acid so that said acid becomes 0.1-1.0 equivalent per one nitrogen atom of the tertiary amine compound. Molding temp. is different according to the polyisocyanate compound to be used, the kind of the reaction controller, the mixing ratio of both of them, the type and size of a mold or the like but the temp. of the mold is usually set to 70-200 deg.C and curing time is usually set to 10-120sec.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce the titled foam improved in brittleness and hot dimensional stability, by reacting an organic polyisocyanate with a specified polyether polyol in the presence of a catalyst, a blowing agent, a foam stabilizer, etc. CONSTITUTION:A polyether polyol of a hydroxyl value of 300-550 is obtained by effecting a polyaddition reaction between propylene oxide and a composition obtained by adding, with agitation, 30-50pts.wt. compound having 2-4 active hydrogen atoms (e.g., triethanolamide) to 70-50pts.wt. mixture comprising 30-60wt% 2,3-diaminotoluene and 70-40wt% 3,4-diaminotoluene. This polyether polyol is reacted with an organic polyisocyanate (e.g., 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate) at an NCO/H equivalent ratio of 0.7-1.4 in the presence of a catalyst, a blowing agent, a foam stabilizer, etc.

Rigid - semirigid especially rigid forming resin, which is cured at normal temperature - a comparatively low temperature and in a comparatively short time, is preferable. In this case, at a state in which foaming is completed, a bag of, for example, a PVC resin film is closed to wrap the medical treatment part of the patient. In this case, usually, a partially irradiating incident part with radiation is released, but in order for adjustment of the level of the patient and fixing of the patient, the height of a mold is regulated to a proper height according to the size of the body of the patient. After the bag body is left standing for a given time, it is cured to provide a fixing tool.

As the compound accelerating the, trimerization reaction of isocyanate group, metal salt of aliphatic acid such as cobalt naphthenate, lead octoate and the like are exampled and used singly or in the form of the mixture of two or more or them. Further, as the reinforcing material, glass fiber and the like are exampled. As the surfacing material, various fabrics and laminates of said fabrics and flexible foam are exampled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily form a foam film, by dispersing water in air at the outlet of an air orifice while the amount of water is regulated by a flowmeter and transporting the water-air mixture through a hose to emit the same in a mist form from a spraying and mixing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Water or a water having a small amount of a catalyst added thereto is received in a water tank and air pressure of 4-5kg/cm is applied to said tank 11 and the flow amount of water is preliminarily regulated by a needle valve 16. When the voltage of a spray gun 10 is opened, the pressure in a hose 19 is lowered and water flows out from a check valve 18 to move through the hose 19 in a state dispersed in air injected from an orifice 15 and emitted in a mist form from the leading end of the spray gun 10. The polyisocyanate containing a prepolymer in a liquid feed hose 9 is also sprayed in a mist form from the separate outlet of the spray gun 10 to be mixed with the sprayed water and the resulting mixture is applied to an object and immediately foamed to 10-20 times larger within 5-30sec to be cured.
