摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a fixing tool which is well suitable for fixing a patient and especially for fixing a patient during radiation medical treatment, by a method wherein a fros stock solution is injected in a bag body for fros-foaming, the part to be fixed of a patient is surrounded with an uncured foam-contained bag body and is left standing for a given time for curing. CONSTITUTION:A fros stock solution is injected in a bag body for fros-foaming. Thereafter, the part to be fixed of patient is surrounded with an uncured foam- contained bag body preferably in a state to be partially released or opened, and is left standing for a given time for curing. Rigid - semirigid especially rigid forming resin, which is cured at normal temperature - a comparatively low temperature and in a comparatively short time, is preferable. In this case, at a state in which foaming is completed, a bag of, for example, a PVC resin film is closed to wrap the medical treatment part of the patient. In this case, usually, a partially irradiating incident part with radiation is released, but in order for adjustment of the level of the patient and fixing of the patient, the height of a mold is regulated to a proper height according to the size of the body of the patient. After the bag body is left standing for a given time, it is cured to provide a fixing tool.
