摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the assembly/transfer work performance by storing a die which constitutes a metal mold and a die holder in division, transferring the die and die holder between a warehousing/delivery station and an assembly/ disassembly station by a picking trolley. CONSTITUTION:A multistoried warehouse 1 is constituted by installing unit storage racks 2a-2j having the storage shelves in plural stages and plural rows, and stacker cranes 3a-3e are arranged between the racks 2a-2j, and warehousing/ delivery stations 4a and 4b are arranged at both ends. Further, contiguously to the warehousing/delivery stations 4a and 4b, assembly/disassembly stations 5a and 5b are arranged. Positioned on the stations 4a, 4b, 5a, and 5b, rails 6a and 6b are laid so as to turn through the above-described stations, and a picking trolley 7 is allowed to travel. The picking trolley 7 is controlled so as to travel in pairs consisting of two units, when at least a die 9 and a die holder 10 are delivered and assembled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make possible the transferring of an article between storage racks by means of a stacker crane which is dispensed with a pallet by providing a drive conveyer shift mechanism which makes a movement conveyer mechanism and a drive conveyer mechanism connectable. CONSTITUTION:When an article delivered on the drive-rollers 26 of a stacker crane 5 from a depositing station is transferred to a storage rack 6, a drive gear 31 and an idle gear 43 face each other as soon as the stacker crane 5 comes to a predetermined position. A shift plate 25 is made to shift so that both gears may mesh by means of a drive conveyer shift mechanism 50. And a drive motor 29 is made to rotate, then a drive gear 31 rotates and a follower gear 46 rotates through an idle gear 43. Thus, a drive chain 42 is moved and as a result, and article 10 mounted upon the drive rollers 26 is transferred onto following rollers 41.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus suited for use in dumping away drum cans filled with radioactive waste into the sea, which comprises a gantry crane combined with a dump conveyor that is installed on the upper deck of the ship, whereby waste in drum cans can be dumped into the automatically and effectively by means of the gantry crane. CONSTITUTION:Gantry crane 5 is installed on the upper deck of a ship such that it can be moved along the length of the ship body, and the gantry crane 5 is codmbined with a conveyor 8 for tansporting drum cans 11 transversely of the ship body. The gantry crane 5 is further combined with spreader 7 for grasping drum cans 11 which is arranged to be vertically movable in the ship holds. In operation of dumping away drum cans 11 into the sea, they are first grasped by spreader 7, which is then moved upward by operating winch 18. Then, drum cans 11 are transferred from speader 7 onto conveyor 8 and finally dumped away into the sea.

CONSTITUTION:Articles are placed on a vertical transportation shelf 15 of a vertical transportation unit 10 from a carrying-in-and out port 21. Then, a conveyer driving unit 12 is actuated by operating an operator's panel so that the vertical transportation shelf 15 is lowered to a basement and stops. On the other hand, a driving force of a driving unit 18 causes accommodation shelves 11 to be turned in a horizontal direction by being guided by a guide rail 16 and support rollers and an accommodation shelf 11 to which an article 20 is to be carried in or it is carried therefrom stops in confrontation with the vertical transportation unit 10. Then, a transfer unit 19 is actuated so that the article 20 on the vertical transportation shelf 15 is transferred to the accommodation shelf 11.
