摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the mechanical strength and to improve the durability, by composing a grinding material with a matrix resin, grinding abrasive grain and fiber reinforcing material and increasing the grinding abrasive grain density of the inner layer rather than the outer layer. CONSTITUTION:Resin sheets 14c, 14d containing a fiber reinforcing material 4a and low density grinding abrasive grain 3a are arranged at both sides of the resin sheets 13a, 13b, 13c containing a high density grinding abrasive grain 3b. A desired grinding material is then obtained by hardening the resin by closing a forming mold having opposed recessed parts from the respective both sides.

CONSTITUTION:A grinding material 1 is composed of a bar like composite material that a matrix resin 2 is hardened in the state of a grinding abrasive grain 3 is uniformly dispersed in the resin 2 and the fiber like reinforcing material 4 aligned in the longitudinal direction being arranged at the peripheral side part. The grinding material 1 is calked by being inserted into a sleeve like holder 6, a spring stock 7 consisting of a 'nylon'(R) melting spinning body is inserted to the other end of the holder 6, the spring stock 7 is planted at the peripheral side part of a secuta fitting jig 8 and a grinding unit is formed. By this structure the mechanical strength is large, the durability is excellent and a large quantity of abrasive grains can be mixed, so the grinding performance is excellent and grinding can be executed efficiently over long period.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a material which totally satisfies low specific gravity, mechanical strength and heat resistance made of light-weight synthetic resin by using high polymer composite material whose specific gravity is a specific value or lower, bending strength is a specific value or higher, and glass transition temperature is a specific value or higher. CONSTITUTION:High polymer composite material whose specific gravity is 1.5 or less, bending strength is 12 kgf/mm and glass transition temperature is 260 deg.C or higher is used as an internal structural material 5 of a fan case 4 of a turbo fan engine. This high polymer composite contains preliminary reactant of polyamino compound with unsaturated bismuth imide compound, vinyl compound containing epoxy radical, aliphatic halogenized epoxy compound containing no vinyl radical, hardening agent for epoxy and radical copolymer initiator as essential components. Further, when the above preliminary reactant composed of thermosetting resin composition formed by preliminary reaction with substantially no existence of the above vinyl compound containing epoxy radical is used, the internal structural material 5 is light in weight, is heat- resistant for a long term and is excellent in mechanical strength.

The resulting mixture is reacted by heating to 100-250 deg.C for several min to several hr in, optionally, an inert polar solvent (e.g., dimethylformamide).

It is desirable that the abovementioned horizontal undulation patterns be formed by rolling and the vertical undulation patterns be formed by mechanical surface treatment (polishing, brushing, etc.). The effect will be higher if many more crater-form patterns are given by etching or the like in addition to the abovementioned undulation patterns.

Thence, when it is subjected to spray polishing by shot blasting of silica sand No.4 or the like, a nondirectional uneven pattern is formed and the direction and nondirection uneven patterns exist mixedly in the surface of the aluminum surface, thus the screen which is about 5.9 in luminance ratio at horizontal direction 30 deg., is about 3.8 or other in luminance ratio at vertical direction 10 deg., is high in luminance, is free from any glitter and is capable of performing projection under ordinary interior rays is readily made.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a composite material capable of molding a structure having excellent strength and shock resistance though it has light and having a compli cated shape by forming the layer of a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric composed of inorganic fibers to at least one surface of a non-woven fabric consisting of high-strength high-modulus polyethylene fibers, impregnating the layer with a synthetic resin and curing and unifying the synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:It is an important matter that high-strength high-modulus polyeth ylene fibers used as a base material layer are formed in a non-woven fabric shape. The molecular oriented molded from of an ethylene polymer having high molecular weight or ultra-high-molecular weight having limiting viscosity [eta]of at least 3dl/g measured in decalin at 135 deg.C is favorable as the high- strength high-modulus polyethylene fibers. It is desirable that ethylene and alpha-olefin having not less than 3C, preferably 4-10C are contained in 0.1-20C on an average per 1000C, preferably 0.5-10C as the ethylene polymer having high molecular weight.
