摘要： PURPOSE:To allow the automatic washing and drying of containers according to treating stages by disposing the feeding station, washing chamber, drying chamber, and delivering station in series via side face doors for partition and opening the caps of the containers in the feeding station. CONSTITUTION:The feeding station 3 having means for automatically opening the caps of the containers, the washing chamber 1, the drying chamber 2 and the delivering station 4 are disposed by interposing the side face doors S3, S2, S4 for partition at the respective boundaries. Further, lifters 32, 12, 22, 42, and conveyors C3, C1, C2, C4 are disposed. Consequently, the automatic washing and drying of the containers according to the treating stages are executed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically mount/demount a cover plate as well as to automatically transport raw material among a plurality of places by means of a mobile container without assistance by forming the cover plate of the container with a gripping section in a shape which is fitted with the holding member of a mounting/demounting device. CONSTITUTION:Paired rectangular cylinders are erected on a cover plate L so as to be fixed, so that gripping sections 9 and 9 are thereby formed, and the supper sections of the gripping sections 9 and 9 are connected by a reinforcing plate 9' so as to be fixed. A cover plate mounting/demounting device is furnished with paired holding members in a fit shape matching that of the gripping sections 9 and 9, the device holds the gripping sections 9 and 9 from the both sides of them, and it turns the gripping sections while removing ears 8' and 8' from the support pieces 3 and 3 of a container main body 1, so that the cover plate L is thereby removed. The removed cover plate L is fitted with a temporary rest table 4 which is projected out so as to be disposed on the container main body 1 at the circular leg 7' of the plate, so that the cover plate is temporarily rested with its position restricted while one ear 8' is held between 2 pins 4' and 4'. When the holding movement and the horizontal and vertical movement of the holding member are automatically controlled, a complete unmanned system is thereby accomplished.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a long size object in a vertical attitude to be easily lifted, safely conveyed in a horizontal direction and laid in a horizontal position by mounting a lifting mast of able to fall down type to a traversing truck in a traveling bridge crane and providing a catch means along the lifting mast of the long size object. CONSTITUTION:A clamp 14 is positioned just above either one of long size objects 2 in a casting machine water tank 1, and a winch drum 17 is actuated lowering a clamp base 13. The clamp 14 drops with the base 13 to just above the long size object 2, and its top part is guided by a guide member 14d being placed between a pair of clamp pawls 14c. Under this condition, when a hydraulic cylinder 14i is extended, the long size object 2 is held in its top part, and when a frame 6 travels running a little, the long size object 2 performs its pit excavation. Next the pit excavated long size object 2 is lifted by lifting the base 13, parallelly supported with a lifting mast 11 by a catch means 18 and horizontally placed in a predetermined position by throwing down the mast 11 in a direction of arrow head (a) driving a frame 6 running in a horizontal direction in accordance with running rails 4a, 4b.
