      SOLUTION: This device is provided with a roller conveyer 12 which drops foreign matters sticking to or remaining in the box 1 by receiving the carried-in box 1 with roller group 71 having non-circular circumference around a rotary shaft 71a and carrying the box while rocking it. The roller group 71 have carrying faces 12a, 12b dividedly formed to the right and left sides to carry the box 1 by receiving it on both sides thereof. At least the circumferential part of each roller 71 is formed as a buffering friction body 71b, to achieve the purpose.
