摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel lining method and a segment connecting method which save time and labor required for producing segments, employ segments manufactured at a low cost, and do not produce yield at a web, etc., of a metal fitting. SOLUTION: According to the tunnel lining method and the segment connecting method, a wedge member 10 having a tunnel circumferential width tapering in a tunnel axial direction is set between a T-shaped metal fitting 21 and a C-shaped metal fitting 22 in a manner engaging with both engaging surfaces 21c, 22c of the respective metal fittings. Thus, the wedge member 10 functions to generate a clamping force between the segments 20A and 20B at a location between the T-shaped metal fitting 21 and the C-shaped metal fitting 22.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb the design error or mounting error of a joint in a joint used for fastening of, for example, a shield segment, in which a T-shaped male joint 11 fits to a female joint 13 having a T-shaped groove and makes contact therewith according to the fitting to provide a wedge effect. SOLUTION: A cushioning material 25 is provided on the T-shaped flange part 19 or 21 of the male joint 11 or female joint 13 making contact each other by the wedge effect. The cushioning material is formed of a steel pipe 27 buried in a rubber material 29. Accordingly, this cushioning material has the property capable of keeping elasticity harder than the rubber material 29 and more flexibly than steel material, so that it absorbs the error and is sufficiently resistant to tension.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of the connection part of an adit structure and a shaft structure by forming an adit structure housing part on a socket member provided on an adit excavation start part, annularly forming, inserting and fitting an adit structure in a stress distribution transmission space between the inner peripheral face of the housing part and the outer peripheral face of the structure, and filling the space with buffering material. SOLUTION: A socket 6 is fixed by being projected and extended on a shield start/ arrival part 12 formed on the side wall part 2b of an adit structure in the direction of tunnel construction, and the rear end of an hollow cylindrical sleeve part 6b is fixed and formed on the shield start/arrival part 12 on the socket 6. The connection part 9 of a shield tunnel covering body 3 is inserted and fitted to a sleeve part 6b, and a clearance space formed between the outer peripheral face of the shield tunnel lining body 3 and the inner peripheral face of the sleeve part 6b is filled with a buffering material 20. Relative displacement is produced between the shield tunnel lining body 3 and the adit structure 3 by vibration of an earthquake, since stress applied on the connection part is acted through the buffering material 20 from the sleeve part 6b, the stress is dispersed, and breakage of the lining body 3 can be prevented to the utmost.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pairs of joints having holes 36 and 37 on one side and having projections fitted to the holes on the other side are provided to a plurality of positions of a steel frame of composite segments 20 and, at the same time, fitting sections 32 and 33 are provided to a flange section. After that, adjacent segments 20 are interlocked with the fitting sections 32 and 33 and, at the same time, the holes 36 and 37 are interlocked with the projections 41 and 42 to connect. In addition, the joint sections are provided with holes in both of them, and pins are inserted into both holes to connect. The joints are so constituted in a joint state that they are provided with bending rigidity and tensile rigidity, and they are applicable to an underground river tunnel on which internal water pressure acts. By the constitution, joint work can be facilitated, and a construction period can be also reduced.

An end stopper 6 is set between the timber work 3 and the ground 2 to close the aperture between the timber work 3 and the ground 2 in order to form a concrete-placing space 9 along the cross section of a tunnel. A hot fluid is supplied to the control fluid pathwaies 6b of the end stopper 6 to cause the end stopper 6 to deform so as to follow the plastic surface of the stopper 6 with the uneven surface 2a of the ground, whereby closing the space 9. Cement concrete or mortar is placed into the space 9 to construct a lining work 5. The end stopper 6 can thus be set on the ground 2 in a short time.

While moving the prespring 7 forwards, a back filler 31 is packed into the space 26 formed after the movement of the prespring 7. Excavation is started, an outer shell 2 is moved forwards by an advancing jack 6, and the prespring 7 is again pushed backwards to press the back filler 31, whereby packing the filler 31 into tail voids 27 formed after moving the shell 2.
