摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high sensitivity to laser beams in a visible light region by using a photo-setting resin, a photosensitizer comprising a pyrrole compound, and a photo-initiator as the constituents. SOLUTION: This composition contains 100 pts.wt. photo-setting resin, 0.1-10 pts.wt. photosensitizer comprising, e.g. a pyrrole compound, 0.1-25 pts.wt. photo- initiator comprising, e.g. a bisimidazole compound, and an adhesion accelerator comprising, e.g. tetrazole, a polymerization inhibitor comprising, e.g. hydroquinone, and so forth. The pyrrole compound used is represented by formula I (wherein R1 is H, a 1-20C alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, etc.; and R2 to R10 are each H, a halogeno, nitro, amino, carboxyl, etc.) and is produced by reacting a compound of formula II with a compound of formula III or formula IV in the presence of an acid catalyst such as hydrobromic acid, oxidizing the reaction product with, e.g. chloranil, and then reacting the oxidized product with boron trifluoride. The curable resin composition is diluted with water to adjust to a solid content of 3-25 wt.% and a pH of 4 to 9, giving an electrodeposition coating material.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having high sensitivity to a long- wavelength laser light of visible range and excellent storage stability by including a specific organoboron compound as a photosensitizer. SOLUTION: The objective composition contains a dipyrromethene compound expressed by the formula (R1 to R3 and R5 to R7 are each H, a halogen, etc.; R4 is cyano, etc.; R8 and R9 are each an alkyl, etc.). The objective composition can be produced by mixing a photosensitizer containing a compound of the formula, a photosetting resin (e.g. methyl methacrylate/methacrylic acid/ hydroxyphenyl methacrylate/benzyl methacrylate), a photo-reaction initiator (e.g. titanocene compound), etc. The amount of the baron compound in the above composition is preferably 0.1-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the photosetting resin.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition containing a photosensitizer, highly sensitive to laser beams having large wavelengths in the visible light region, and excellent in storage stability by including an organic boron compound having a specific structure as the photosensitizer. SOLUTION: This composition contains a compound of formula I [R1 -R3 , R5 -R9 are each H, a halogen, nitro, cyano, OH, amino, sulfone, a (halogeno) alkyl, a (alkoxy)alkoxy, an aryloxy, an acyl or the like; R4 is H, cyano, an alkyl, an aralkyl, an aryl or the like; R10 , R11 are each a halogen, an alkyl, an aralkyl, a (hetero)aryl or the like] as a photosensitizer. The compound of formula I is obtained e.g. by reacting a compound of formula II with a boron trihalide and, if necessary, substituting a part or all of the halogen atoms of the obtained compound of formula III by other groups. The photosensitizer is mixed with a photocurable resin and a photoreactive initiator to obtain the visible light-curable resin composition.
