    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lightweight polyurethane foam having excellent vibration- damping performances by foaming a composition comprising an active hydrogen compound mixture comprising a plurality of polyether polyols each having a specified OH functionality, a specified weight-average molecular weight, and a specified ethylene oxide content in a specified mixing ratio by weight, an organic polyisocyanate composition, a blowing agent, a crossliking agent, a foam stabilizer, and a catalyst. SOLUTION: The active hydrogen compound mixture comprises (A) a polyether polyol having an OH functionality of 2, a weight-average molecular weight of 2,000-20,000, and an ethylene oxide content of 5-30 wt.%, (B) a polyether polyol having an OH functionality of 3, a weight-average molecular weight of 2,000-20,000, and an ethylene oxide content of 5-30 wt.%, and (C) a polyether polyol having an OH functionality of 2-4, a weight-average molecular weight of 2,000-10,000, and an ethylene oxide content of 50-80 wt.% in an A/B/C mixing ratio of (20-60)/(10-50)/(10-50) by weight. It is desirable that the foam obtained by using the active hydrogen compound mixture has a vibration transmission rate (factor) of -10 dB or below at a vibration frequency of 500-1,000 Hz.
