摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible polyurethane foam which is lightweight and excellent in vibration-damping property by employing a mixture of a polyether triol with a polyether diol each having a specific mol.wt., an organic polyisocyanate composition and a plasticizer. SOLUTION: The objective flexible polyurethane foam is formed from an active hydrogen compound, an organic polyisocyanate composition, a blowing agent, a crosslinking agent, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, a plasticizer and other additives. The active hydrogen compound is a mixture comprising (A) a polyether triol having a hydroxyl equivalent of 700-5,000 and (B) a polyether diol having a hydroxyl equivalent of more than 1,000 and not more than 6,000, the wt. ratio of A/B being 80/20-10/90. As the plasticizer is preferable a phthalate ester, which is employed in an mount of about 5-35 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the active hydrogen compound. The vibration transmissibility of the flexible polyurethane foam is -5 dB or less at a frequency of 250-350 Hz and -10 dB or less at a frequency of 400-450 Hz.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating an isocyanate residue, whereby the isocyanate residue obtained from a decomposition liquid of carbamate can be decomposed into an amine. SOLUTION: The method for treating the isocyanate residue comprises: separating isocyanate and alcohol from the decomposition liquid obtained through a thermal decomposition reaction of the carbamate; and contacting the resulting isocyanate residue to high-pressure high-temperature water in the presence of a solvent so as to decompose the same into the amine. By treating the isocyanate residue by such the method, the isocyanate residue obtained from the decomposition liquid of carbamate can be decomposed into the amine. The method for treating the isocyanate residue is capable of decomposing the isocyanate residue into the amine that serves as a raw material for producing a carbamate, thereby reducing the coast for producing an isocyanate. In a preparation process of the cold cure molded foam, the foam is obtained from a polymer and/or polymer polyol, water, a catalyst and a polyisocyanate, wherein the polymer polyol is obtained by dispersing in a polyol a polymer fine particle obtained by radical polymerizing a compound having an unsaturated bond in a polyol. Here, the polyol is prepared by using a catalyst containing either a compound having at least a nitrogen-phosphorus double bond, cesium hydroxide or rubidium hydroxide.
