摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow for a bathtub to be easily attached to/detached from the bathtub, capable of preventing a user from feeling hardness or coldness of the pillow.
SOLUTION: The pillow 1 consists of a head holder member 2 and a sucker member 3 to be attached to/detached from the bathtub 8. The sucker member 3 has a sucker part 4 and a cylindrical projection part 5, and a recess part 6 corresponding to the projection part 5 is disposed on the head holder member 2. When the pillow 1 is used, the recess part and the projection part are engaged with each other to fix the pillow to the bathtub 8. Preferably, the projection part 5 and the recess part 6 are engaged on the surface of the rim of the bathtub, and are brought into contact with the surface as closely as possible. It is also preferable that the head holder member 2 is made of an independent foaming composition of polyethylene resin or denatured polyethylene resin.

By forming the toilet seat-contacting surface 3 with a highly stiff material, the shape of the toilet seat cover 1 can be maintained. Also, by forming the human body-contacting surface 4 with a foaming material, the toilet seat cover 1 can be highly heat-insulated and be flexible.

Although a parison 14 is put between the molding tools 13A, 13B about similarly to normal blow molding by clamping the molding tools 13A, 13B, the protruded member 11 acts upon the inside of the cavity 16 molding the lower part of a perforated head rest on the insides of the molding tools 13A, 13B so that the same spreads out the inside of the parison 14 and a one side surface is separated from the other side. Therefore, it is prevented that the insides of the parisons 14 come into contact with each other in layers within the cavity 16.

Subsequently, a stabilizer (e.g., Ba-Ca type, Ba-Zn type or Pb type org. liquid substance) and a pigment (e.g., carbon black) are added to and mixed in said crushed chips. The obtained resin compound is molded into trim parts, for example, duct hoses or inner fenders by a usual injection molding machine or blow molding machine. These trim parts show high heat insulating property due to a large amount of vinyl chloride resin being included while being inexpensive.
