摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition and prepreg capable of giving a composite material having excellent flame resistance without containing a halogen-based flame retardant, red phosphorus and phosphate ester, and to provide a fiber reinforced composite material obtained by using the prepreg.SOLUTION: An epoxy resin composition contains (A) a phosphorus-containing epoxy resin modified product containing a compound (a) represented by the formula (a), (B) a novolak epoxy resin, (C) a hardening agent for an epoxy resin and (D) metalhydroxide, and a mass content ratio C% of the phosphorus-containing epoxy resin modified product (A) and a mass content ratio C% of the metalhydroxide to the total amount of the epoxy resin composition satisfy the following formulae (1), (2) and (3): (1)2.5C+C≥45; (2)6≤C≤35; (3)3≤C≤30.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title hydrophilicity-imparted hydrophobic porous membrane having a low water permeating pressure and durability by depositing the polymer of the monomer having the solubilities of more than a specified value for water and carbon tetrachloride and having a polymerizable double bond on the surface of the pore of a hydrophobic porous membrane. CONSTITUTION:The hydrophilic monomer such as hydroxymethylacrylamide having >=5g/dl solubility in water at 25 deg.C and >=5g/dl solubility in carbon tetrachloride at 25 deg.C and having a polymerizable double bond is used. The monomer is dissolved in a solvent such as acetone along with a polymerization initiator, a hydrophobic porous membrane consisting of PE, etc., is dipped in the obtained soln., the solvent is vaporized, the membrane is dried and heated, hence the monomer is polymerized, and hydrophilicity is imparted to the membrane. By this method, a porous membrane wherein the surface of the pore is uniformly coated with the hydrophilic polymer is obtained.
