摘要： PURPOSE:To easily confirm the operation of an actuator without separately preparing a drive apparatus, by driving the actuator so that the opening degree of a valve is increased and decreased cyclically in a predetermined width when a test signal is inputted. CONSTITUTION:When a test input is ON, the opening degree of the valve 41 of a bypass passage 6 decreases by predetermined quantity if said opening degree is an upper limit value or more. If the opening degree of the valve 41 is the upper limit value or less, said opening degree increases by predetermined quantity. The opening degree of the valve 41 repeatedly increases or decreases, for example, at an interval of several sec. Therefore, when there is the test input, the number of rotations of an engine slowly increase or decrease, for example, in a range of 700-1,000rpm at the time of idling and it can be confirmed whether a stepping motor 4 is operated normally.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily adjust the full-close position of the opening degree of a throttle valve without using other drive means or a mechanical blind lid, by driving an actuator so that a bypass passage is fully closed when a test signal is inputted. CONSTITUTION:When a test signal is inputted to a control unit, a microcomputer 93 set the control opening degree of the valve 41 of a bypass passage 6 to a full-close state. A stepping motor 4 is driven to drive the valve 41 so as to reach the full-close position. When there is no test input, the number of idling rotations are controlled. The stepping motor 4 is initialized to the full- close or full-open position when a power source is closed and, thereafter, the opening degree of the stepping motor 4 is stored in the memory of the microcomputer 93.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal increase of the number of revolutions even during control of an open loop, by a method wherein, when a power steering is in state in that a load exceeding a specified value, learning of a microcomputer is prohibited. CONSTITUTION:In a control device 9 which performs feedback control on the number of idling revolutions of an engine 1 which is adjusted to a target value by changing the area of the opening of a bypass passage 6 by means of a valve 41, a correction valve on a fundamental control amount during feedback is stored as a learning valve in a microcomputer 93. In which case, in a state in that a power steering switch is turned ON, i.e. when the load state of a power steering exceeds a given value, the memory content of a learning valve is not varied, and is held in a state in that, on and before a preceding value, the values are left unvaried. This constitution prevents control of the number of idling revolutions by means of a valve available during high load running, the occurrence of overshoot during control of an open loop, and enables subsequent convergence to a target value to be rapidly effected through feedback of the number of revolutions.

CONSTITUTION:A selection signal is inputted to a control unit controlling the ignition period and the number of idling rotations of an internal combustion engine and a plurality of modes are selected on the basis of said selection signal and the state of the selected function is adjusted to a predetermined value or the abnormality of said function is displayed. That is, by changing the resistance value of a variable resistor 14, the input voltage of an AD converter 92 is changed. Said input voltage is subjected to AD conversion to be inputted to a microcomputer 93 and, for example, when the input voltage is 0V, diagnosis operation is performed and, in the case of 1V, the full-close operation of a stepping motor is performed and, in the case of 2V, ignition period fixing operation is performed.

During inoperation of the air conditioner, learning of the microcomputer 93 is performed in a long time, and during operation, learing of the microcomputer is conduced in a short time. This constitution enables rapid response of a device to a change in a compressor load during operation of the air conditioner due to an ambient temperature.
