    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of improving response of an internal combustion engine without variation of air fuel ratio even during accelerator operation in air intake system having individual cylinder intake air quantity control means arranged for an independent intake pipe.
      SOLUTION: This device is provided with the independent intake pipes 5a-5d individually supplying intake air to a plurality of cylinders 1a-1d, the independent intake air quantity control means 9a-9d provided in the independent intake pipes 5a-5d, and individually controlling effective air intake passage cross section area of each cylinder, fuel injection valves 7a-7d supplying fuel to each cylinder, and control means 14 calculating intake air quantity of the plurality of the cylinders for each cylinder and controlling the individual intake air quantity control means 9a-9d and individually calculating fuel supply quantity for each cylinder and controlling fuel injection valves 7a-7d. The control means 14 restricts change of effective air intake passage cross section area during a predetermined period when correction of fuel supply quantity is disabled in a transient operation of the internal combustion engine with accelerator operation.
