摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a rise in a carpet by thermal expansion of a connecting pipe by forming a cover body in a slender square shape by a synthetic resin sheet, arranging a curved part fittable to the connecting pipe in the lengthwise direction in this, and forming horizontal collar parts on its both sides. SOLUTION: A connecting pipe 6 connected to a heat radiating pipe of a floor heating mat is laid on a floor 7, and a curved part 2 of a thermoplastic resin-made cover body 1 is fitted to this, and horizontal collar parts 3 continuously formed on both sides of the curved part 2 are checked by an underlay material 8 laid on the floor 7 adjacently to the curved part 2. The cover body 1 is fastened on the floor 7 by a screw 9 by using a hole of a plane part 4. Therefore, a fixing condition of the cover body 1 is decided, and the connecting pipe 6 can be firmly held, and swelling by thermal expansion of the connecting pipe 6 at using time of the floor heating mat can be restrained, and a malfunction such as a carpet is locally raised can be eliminated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation for connection with communication pipes by forming a header for a floor heating panel out of a horizontal pipe body and a vertical pipe part communicating therewith, practically in the shape of T, and by providing connection port pipes for the horizontal pipe part and the vertical pipe part in directions opposite to each other. SOLUTION: On the lower side of a horizontal pipe part 1 of which the opposite end parts 1a are closed, a vertical pipe part 2 is provided in projection so that it communicates with the inside of the horizontal pipe part 1 and that the whole of these parts are formed in the shape of T practically. A plurality of connection port pipes 3 are provided for the horizontal pipe part 1 and one connection port pipe 4 for the vertical pipe part 2 so that they are directed oppositely to each other. In these connection port pipes 3 and 4, a plurality of incisions 3a and 4a are provided in the outer peripheral surfaces along the circumferential directions thereof respectively so that a state of connection with communication pipes connected therewith be made firm. According to this constitution, an operation for connection of a header constructed in this way with the communication pipes can be facilitated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts, to simplify folding, and to facilitate execution of work by a method wherein cuts are formed in a base body made of foamed resin and a conduction pipe is removably fitted in a part formed by mounting a surface material in a specified width with the cut nipped therebetween. SOLUTION: A long plate-form molded product made of foamed resin forms a base body and rigid general purpose resin, such as polystyrene and polyethylene, is enumerated as constituting resin. Since the base body is arranged as a floor heating panel between floor joists 2, the width thereof is set to 253mm. Cuts 5 are formed at intervals of a given distance in the floor heating panel, which forms unit bodies 3, having a given length, by the cuts 5. A groove 10 is formed in one surface of the unit body 3 and a conduction pipe 4 for heating fluid is embedded in the groove 10. A part 7 wherein the surface material 6 is mounted with the cut 5 nipped therebetween is formed at the unit body 3 and the conduction pipe 4 is removably fitted in the part 7.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable formation of a cut line without using an edged tool and, moreover, to enhance the strength of adhesion between a soft mat for floor heating and a surface layer material or a flooring by disposing a thin sheet on a wooden support and under a metal thin sheet of an upper surface part. SOLUTION: On the occasion when a soft mat 1 for floor heating is laid in a prescribed place and bonded to a slab floor surface with an adhesive, the fore end 6 of a tongue-shaped piece is picked and pulled in the direction wherein a thin sheet 5 extends. Then the thin sheet 5 is peeled off from a wooden support 2, and since it is accompanied by a metal thin sheet 7 on the occasion when it is peeled off, the surface of wood in the part of the wooden support 2 wherein the thin sheet 5 has been stuck is exposed. Subsequently, the part 4 of a cut line between the wooden support 2 and a base body 3 is opened, the adhesive is applied to the rear of the wooden support 2 and/or the slab floor surface and the part of the cut line is closed. Then the slab floor surface and the wooden support 2 are bonded to each other. On the occasion when a surface layer material or a flooring is laid on the soft mat l for floor heating, they can be bonded together firmly by applying the adhesive to the exposed surface of the wood wherefrom the thin sheet 5 is peeled off and by sticking them to each other.

The sets of the panel units 1a are arranged parallelly at specified intervals and the adjacent panel unit 1a at the ends of the sets are connected in turn by the circulation pipes 4.
