    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel nozzle wherein mixing action of a liquid fuel and air is improved. SOLUTION: The liquid fuel nozzle is provided. The fuel nozzle comprises a rod-shaped body, a cylindrical premixing nozzle disposed substantially in a concentric fashion with respect to a central axis of the rod-shaped body, and in the rod-shaped body a liquid fuel flow passage, a plurality of liquid fuel injection holes formed substantially at an equal interval peripherally in the neighborhood of an end of the rod-shaped body and communicated in an inclined state with respect to the liquid fuel flow passage, and a partition ring disposed concentrically to the central axis between the cylindrical premixing nozzle and the rod-shaped body. The partition ring has holes at positions corresponding to parts of the plurality of the liquid fuel injection holes, whereby a liquid fuel injected from part of the liquid fuel injection holes among the plurality of the liquid fuel injection holes is injected so as to pass through the holes and collide against an internal surface of the cylindrical premixing nozzle, and the liquid fuel injected from the remaining liquid fuel injection holes among the plurality of the liquid fuel is injected in the direction of colliding against the internal surface of the partition ring.

    • PURPOSE:To control abnormal growth of red tide plankton by depositing the attack bacteria of red tide plankton to bentonite-based or kaolin-based claylike particles being the component of submarine mud. CONSTITUTION:The attack bacteria of red tide are immobilized to bentonite- based or kaolin-based claylike particles (size of the particle is about 100-700mum and specific gravity is about 2.6) being aluminosilicate mineral. The immobilization is performed by circulating bacteria concentrate by a liquid feed pump, making absorbed and immobilizing bacteria on the surfaces of the claylike particles. An inhibitor is produced by immobilizing bacteria in such a way. The inhibitor is granulated or pelletized into particle diameter of about 5-50mm and used. The water surface in the vicinity of the submarine surface is detected by a temperature detector 16. When the water surface is 19 deg.C or above, the inhibitor is sprayed by a nozzle 15 while controlling the depth of water of a towing body 14 at 1-2m by a depth detector 18 and a water-depth controller 19 from the upper part of a red tide disposing ship 11.

    • PURPOSE:To fix carbon dioxide using snow while conserving energy by a method wherein conc. separated carbon dioxide is mixed with snow to form a clathrate hydrate wherein a carbon dioxide molecule is incorporated in a water crystal and this clathrate hydrate is thrown away to the bottom of the sea in a very deep region. CONSTITUTION:The CO2-containing exhaust gas discharged from a combustion furnace is guided to a pretreatment device to be lowered in its temp. and, after unburnt carbon is removed, only CO2 is conc. and separated. When this carbon dioxide is mixed with snow while held to about 10 deg.C or lower, a clathrate hydrate wherein a carbon dioxide molecule is incorporated in snow or water crystals formed by the melting of snow is formed by chemical reaction at low temp. under pressure and sent to a clathrate separation tank 7 by a pump 6 and subjected to solid-liquid separation to be stored in a clathrate storage tank 8. Thereafter, the clathrate is enclosed in a container 9 and thrown to the bottom of the sea by a disposal ship 10 or a pressure feed pump. By this constitution, carbon dioxide is treated by a reduced amount of energy using snow present in the natural world skillfully.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the volume of solid waste, by applying a water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive to one side of a water-soluble film, depositing rust, contaminants, etc. on the resulting pressure-sensitive tape, and dissolving the solid waste on the tape in water. CONSTITUTION:A separator 3 as a mount is placed on one side of a water-soluble film 1 such as PVA, a highly water-soluble pressure-sensitive addhesive 2 such as rubber cement is applied to the other side of the film, and the resulting sticky film as such is rolled up to obtain a water-soluble pressure-sensitive tape 5. The tape 5 is stuck on a wall surface 7 stained with rust, contaminants 6 and is peeled off. The tape 5 having the contaminants 6 sticked on the tacky surface 8 thereof is rolled up and immersed in water to dissolve the film 1 and the separator 3 in water. The contaminants 6 as well as the pressure-sensitive adhesive 2 are precipitated, recovered by filtration and dried to recover a mixture of the pressure-sensitive agent and the contaminants. Water contg. the film 1 and the separator 3 is evaporated to recover a high concentrate.
