    • PURPOSE:To shorten both the transfer time and the control arithmetic cycle with a digital controller by transferring the past value only with the past value data on a desired arithmetic circuit. CONSTITUTION:A CPU which is under control transfers only the analog and logical intermediate values which require the prescribed past value to a CPU under waiting together with the process control with a process controller containing multiple CPUs. The waiting CPU starts an intermediate value CLA reception task 22 and stores the intermediate value data to a buffer area 25. The waiting CPU performs the arithmetic processing with the control task and then the reception data fetching processing. Then the output value of an integration circuit, etc. is refreshed to the data received from the CPU under control. Thus the next control arithmetic processing is carried out with the refreshed control data value. If the control cycle is sufficiently smaller than the time constant, the approximately equal arithmeric data value is obtained between the control and waiting modes. Thus the bumpless switching is possible for a digital controller.

    • PURPOSE:To restrict a sudden steam pressure drop, in a steam turbine driven by the steam generated by means of waste heat from a gas turbine, by closing a steam control valve related to the said steam turbine, according to the amount of the pressure drop, when the front steam pressure of the valve drops. CONSTITUTION:When the operation of either one of steam generators 3a-3c in a combined plant is suspended and when the amount of steam supplied to a steam turbine 8 decreases, the value of a steam pressure measured with a measuring instrument 21, which detects the front steam pressure of a steam control valve 7, also decreases. Then, the output from a subtracter 22, which calculates a difference between said measured value and the value, whose rate of change was restricted to a predetermined value by a rate-of change-limiter 23, turns from zero to a positive signal, while a negative signal is output from the first function generator 24 when the input from the subtracter 22 exceeds the predetermined value. Next, the negative signal, which becomes smaller in accordance with both reduced amount in input and reduced speed, is output from a proportional differential controller 29. According to this negative signal, the steam control valve 7 is closed.

The output DL of a latch 56 is latched by the value DP at an instant when the signal C is changed to 1 from 0. A data table 57 contains a flag S showing whether or not the quantity eP exceeds the allowable range of the plant abnormality deciding reference values eS with the digital value DL (process quantity eP) defined as an index and the physical quantity Dd corresponding to the quantity eP in the form of the output data. Thus a flag S=0 is satisfied at action points x0, x1 and x3 respectively. Then the deciding result SF=0 is satisfied with an AND element 59 and therefore the normal action of the signal C can be confirmed. While S=1 and FS=1 are satisfied at action points x2 and x4 respectively and a malfunction of the signal C is confirmed.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the follow-up performance at a time of a speed up operation by allowing a regulating valve to be kept open before the number of revolution reaches a value within the stated range of deviation at the early stage of a start-up operation of a steam turbine so that a PI blind controller is shifted to a control mode after the PI blind controller is permitted to track an actual valve opening. CONSTITUTION:A deviation signal C between the set number of revolution NR and an actual number of revolution N is inputted into a PI blind controller 13 allowing the control signal to be transmitted to a regulator valve drive device through a signal selector 27. A signal selector 26 determines the initial opening LGVI of a steam regulating valve as a function of steam pressure PL or PH in such a manner that the output from a function generator 23 is selected when low steam pressure PL exceeds the reference value PLT, and the output from a function generator 24 is selected when PL is lower than PLT. On start-up command St being inputted, a flip-flop 30 is set up, the PI blind controller 13 is in a tracking mode allowing a discriminator 28 to be initiated when both speed up and deviation in the number of revolution and become smaller.
