    • PURPOSE:To shorten valve test time and minimize a fluctuation in turbine outputs by outputting a valve travel command of a pattern which can offset the fluctuation in turbine outputs generated by a valve test with respect to valves other than the valve to be tested. CONSTITUTION:Tested valve steam 8 flowing in a valve 6 to be tested and other valve steam 9 flowing in another valve 7 flow into a steam turbine 10. A turbine output is transmitted to a load 28. A test signal generating unit 22 generates a tested valve travel command 4. That is, a signal is generated in a signal pattern wherein the valve 6 to be tested is fully closed once and then returned. An output signal of such a signal pattern wherein a fluctuation in turbine outputs is minimum wherein the valve 6 to be tested is operated according to the tested valve travel command 4 being a test signal is controlled from an output adjusting unit 23 and the valve 7 is controlled according to another valve travel command 5, so that a fluctuation in turbine outputs at the time of testing the valve is minimized. Thus valve test time is reduced and the fluctuation in turbine outputs can be minimized.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the controllability by outputting a pattern signal of the change with time of the off gas quantity and outputting a fuel weight signal and a prescribed conversion coefficient signal to a multiplier and outputting the obtained feed forward signal to an adder. CONSTITUTION:When the supply of cut fuel from a shearing machine to a used nuclear fuel rod dissolution bath 100 is started, a fuel supply signal is sent from a fuel supply signal source 10 to a signal generator 1, and a pattern signal 2 of the change of the off gas quantity is outputted from the generator 1 to a multiplier 4. At this time, a fuel weight signal 3 is sent from a supply fuel quantity signal source 20 to the multiplier 4, and signals 3 and 2 and the conversion coefficient signal from a conversion coefficient device 30 are multiplied to obtain a feed forward signal 5 corresponding to the off gas generation pattern for the current supplied fuel quantity. This signal 5 is outputted to an adder 6. The adder 6 adds the signal 5 from the multiplier 4 to a blower operation signal 106 from a PI controller 105 and outputs the result as a blower operation signal to a device such as a blower.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain quick starting of a gas turbine by monitoring the turbine inlet steam temperature at the time of plant starting and opening a temperature lowering control valve when a variation rate of the temperature approaches a predetermined steam temperature variation rate, which is under a turbine-life determining value. CONSTITUTION:Differences (steam temperature variation ranges) between a signal 1a detected by a turbine inlet steam temperature detector 1 and individual dead-time set by dead time elements 21 and 22 are obtained by individual subtractors 23 and 24. The differences between the differences obtained in above and limit values of steam temperature variation ranges set by setting devices 25 and 26 are obtained. Outputs from individual subtractors 27 and 28 are added to steam temperature variation range bias values set by setting devices 29 and 31 by using an adding machines 32 and 33. The greater one of the values thus added is selected by a maximum value detector 34 and is output to a PI control device 35. By the output of the PI control device 35, a temperature lowering control valve 4 is controlled so that it is opened via a switch 36 that is closed when the turbine inlet temperature is higher by the predetermined value than the temperature at the dead time ago.

    • PURPOSE:To control a 3rd damper to suitably cooperate a 1st damper or a 2nd damper in a boiler steam temperature controller which has three flow passages and controls the steam temperatures of heat exchangers respectively provided in the 1st and 2nd flow passages. CONSTITUTION:This boiler steam temperature controller is provided with 1st and 2nd temperature sensors 1 and 10 which detect the steam temperature of 1st and 2nd heat exchangers, 1st and 2nd temperature setters 2 and 11, 1st and 2nd subtracters 3 and 12 which calculate the differences between the outputs of the sensors 1 and 10 and setters and 11, absolute value devices 4 and 13 which obtain the absolute values of the subtracter 3 and 12, differentiators 5 and 14 which differentiate the absolute values of the devices 4 and 13, and a decision arithmetic means which performs arithmetic operations following a prescribed control rule by inputting the signals of the devices 4 and 13 and differentiators 5 and 14 and outputs operated results to the 3rd damper device. The 3rd damper is controlled to appropriately cooperate the control of the 1st or 2nd damper in such way. Therefore, the steam temperature controlling performance of this controller is improved.

A condition feedback signal 15 compensates for the delay of the generator output slow in response to provide a conforming property and safety. Further, an adding means 4 consisting of an adder 13 adds said both feedback signals 14, 15 to output a governor opening commanding signal 16 which controls the opening of a governor 36.
