摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify and reduce the weight of the constitution of a rain shielding device and reduce the dimension of the device constitution and reduce the volume of an elevator device by installing a sheet shaped covering body which is connected by a suspension cable through a horizontal supporting beam and can be freely folded and spread by the rising and lowering of an elevator post, at the front edge and side edge parts of a roof. CONSTITUTION:A rain shielding device 16 is constituted of a pair of elevator posts 13 and 13, supporting beam 33 for connecting the lower parts of the elevator posts, tent 36 as sheet shaped covering body which is developed in the space formed by a projecting roof 5, lateral beams 34 as a plurality of horizontal supporting beams for supporting the intermediate part of the tent 36 and longitudinal beams 35, and a chain 37 which connects both the edges of the lateral beam 34 and longitudinal beam 35 and forms a suspension cable for the suspension from the projecting roof 5, together with the tent 36-.When a load is protected from wind and rain, the elevator posts 13 and 13 in rising are lowered, and the rain shielding device 16 in folded state is successively spread, and the covers the front edge part and the whole of the side edge part of the projecting roof 5.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect exactly the welding end part of structural materials in automatic welding by moving a torch while detecting the distance between a weld zone and the torch with magnetic sensors for profiling and detecting the change in the output of the sensor. CONSTITUTION:A welding carriage 22 is stopped in the start position of welding members 11, 12 and a welding torch 13 is lowered. The movement of the torch 13 is stopped when the magnetic semors 14, 15 detect the prescribed output voltage. The output voltage corresponding to the end part of the weld zone is preliminarily set in the sensor 15 and the torch 13 is moved and the arrival of the torch at the end face is detected when the output value of the sensor 15 attains a set value. The beginning end of welding is detected from the detected end face and the shape of the welding member 12. The beginning end treatment for welding is accomplished from said position and the welding is started by moving the torch 13. The terminal end is detected in the same way as mentioned above.

Of four hoist cables 44 to 47 delivered from the drum 3, the hoist cables 46, 47 are wound to sheaves 16, 17 on the just below hoist fixture 2, and on the other hand, the hoist cables 44, 45 are wound to sheaves 14, 15 on the hoist fixture 2 through guide sheaves 37, 38 on the sheave carriage 34. The sheave carriage 34 is traverse-controlled by a driving means 36 at the time of suppressing skew deflection and at the time of small turning of the hoist fixture 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform satisfactorily gravity welding meeting an attaching error, etc. by disposing welding torches attached with magnetic sensors on both sides of objects and operating the same on the basis of NC information by discriminating the torches to one for an acute angle side and the other for an obtuse angle side. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic sensors 12, 13 are attached to the top ends of torches 11 to detect objects to be welded and said objects are automatically welded on the basis of NC information while the NC information is corrected. Such welding torches 111, 112 are attached to both arms of a robot, etc. and welding is accomplished simultaneously from both sides of the objects 14. The torches 111, 112 are used by discriminating the same to one for an acute angle side and the other for an obtuse angle side according to the inclination of the objects 14. The reduction in the detecting distance range of the sensors 12, 13 and the reduction in the size of the sensors are made possible by the above-mentioned method and therefore the welding is less influenced by a spatter.

The arrow mark 51 shows the load transport line of a load by a shuttle boom type crane 8, and a hoisting trolley 11 is travelled laterally from a load suspension position to a load lowering position, and a shuttle beam 10 is shifted in the same direction, and then the shift and approach of the hoisting trolley 11 can be carried out speedily in a wide range as shown by the arrow mark 51.

The respective welding areas are freely welded irrespectively of the other welding operation and the overall welding efficiently is considerably improved.
