    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method and welding equipment in which the temperature of a welded part when annealing can be controlled by high accuracy.SOLUTION: The welding method includes: a welding treatment that welds a base material; and a heating treatment in which the temperature of a heat-affected zone of a welded part welded by the welding treatment becomes less than a temperature range of tempering, then the heat-affected zone is heated at the temperature range of tempering by laser radiation at a stage in which welding is not performed at the welded part other than the welding treatment. A second welding treatment in which welding is performed on the welded part after the welded part that has been welded is performed by a heat treatment may be included. The second welding treatment is performed so that the heat-affected zone of the welded part welded by the welding treatment may be in the temperature range of tempering.
