Thus, by scraping the ink on the doctor blade 7 with the scraping blade 11, the ink is pushed out from the clearance between the doctor blade 7 and the ink fountain roller 2 and attached to the surface of the rotating ink fountain roller 2. The ink attached to the roller 2 is transferred to an ink roller group 4, scraped by a roller cleaning device 6 attached to the ink roller group 4, and recovered.

In this position, an upper jaw of a gripping vise 12 is closed to fix the press plate 9.
