    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the space for installation and to facilitate the assembling by spirally winding a capillary tube on the body outer periphery of a check valve, and covering the periphery of the tube with an outer tube. SOLUTION: A capillary tube 31 is spirally wound on the outer periphery of the body 20 of a check valve 15, and the periphery of the tube 31 is covered with an outer tube 30. Then, the assembling man-hour of the valve 15 and the tube 31 is reduced, and the profile shape of the throttle mechanism is largely reduced, and hence the installation space is reduced. Since the tube 31 is covered with the tube 30, the tube 31 is not damaged due to the collision with the outer member. Since it is sufficient to sealingly connect the tube 30 to refrigerant tubes 26A, 26B, the assembling with a heat pump type refrigerant circuit is facilitated.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of each type of distributors by providing a takeout board behind a final end board for taking out a distributed flow with an arbitrary distribution number and an arbitrary flow rate ratio. CONSTITUTION:A takeout board 5 is disposed behind a final end board 6. In the takeout board 5 there are formed a takeout hole 5A matching with both of outflow holes 6A, 6B in the final end board 6, a takeout hole 5B matching with both of outflow holes 6C, 6D, and a takeout hole 5C matching with both of outflow holes 6E, 6F. An outflow pipe is mounted on the back surface of the takeout board 5 such that it matches with the takeout holes 5A-5C. A gas/ liquid two layer refrigerant is distributed uniformly into 6 flows without altering its component ratio by flowing through an inflow pipe, a diffusion pipe, the porous boards 3A-3F, and the assembly boards 4A-4F, and flows into the outflow holes 6A-6F in the final end board 6. Thereupon, the refrigerant flowing through the outflow holes 6A, 6B enters and joins the takeout hole 5A in the takeout board 5, and is taken out from the outflow pipe. Hereby, productivities of various distributors are improved.

    • PURPOSE:To make a smooth flow of fluid at a flat tube and increase a cross sectional area of a flow passage by a method wherein the flow passage of the flat tube is separated by corrugated inner fins into a plurality of segments and the fins are formed with some irregular portions having a specified size. CONSTITUTION:Corrugated inner fins 52 and 53 are inserted into a chamber portion of a fluid passage 51. The corrugated inner fins 52 and 53 are formed with a plurality of corrugations 52a and 53a in such a manner that the flow passages 54 and 55 are separated into a plurality of segments along a longitudinal direction of the chamber. The fins 52 and 53 are formed with some irregular parts 71 and 72. Thickness of raw material plate of the corrugated inner fin 52 is set to 0.15mm to 0.3mm. Thickness size X of the projection 72 is set to 1. to 2.5 times the thickness size of the recess part 71W. Pitch Y of the irregular surfaces is set to one to 2.5 times the thickness size of the raw material. With such an arrangement, strength of the corrugated inner fins 52 and 53 can be maintained, a flow of fluid can be made smooth, a heat transfer characteristic can be increased and its surface area can also be increased. Pitch Z of the corrugated segments 52a and 53a is set to 6 to 16 times the thickness size of the raw material plate. With such an arrangement, when the plate 42 is connected to it to form a flat tube 41, its pressure withstanding strength can be sufficiently assured.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the absolute humidity without lowering the temperature of air on a user side by exchanging moisture content between an user side air which has passed through a vaporizer by means of a moisture content exchanger and a heat source side air which has passed through a condenser. CONSTITUTION:There is installed a moisture content exchanger 5 which exchanges the moisture content between a total or a part of the indoor air which has passed through a vaporizer 4 and a total or a part of open air which has passed through a condenser 2. The indoor air which has passed through the moisture content exchanger 5 is mixed with air which is flowing out of vaporizer 4 shown by dotted line and returns into the room. On the other hand, the outdoor air which passed through the moisture content exchanger 4 is exhausted. By this way, the absolute humidity in the user room is reduced without lowering room temperature.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the adhesion of oil to a ceiling panel material and prolong the life of a ceiling panel, by attaching an oilproof protective sheet to the topside of the ceiling panel positioned under the refrigerant pipe and the flare joint projecting from the flank of the main body where the refrigerant pipe from the outdoor machine of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: In an air conditioner, inlet refrigerant pipes and outlet refrigerant pipes 20 for a heat exchanger are arranged at the chamfered side faces of the four corners of the main body 2, and flare joints 21 and 22 are installed each at these tips so as to connect with the refrigerant pipes from an outdoor machine. At this time, the lower opening of the main body 2 is covered with the ceiling panel 98, and also the under section of the refrigerant pipes 19 and 20 arranged protectively and the flare joints 21 and 22 are covered with it. Then, an oilproof protective sheet 23 made of oil-resistant polypropylene resin material is attached and fixed to the corners applicable to the area under the flare joints 21 and 22, out of the topside of the ceiling panel 8. Hereby, the direct sticking to the surface of the ceiling panel material of the leaked oil is prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and freely change the outlet direction of the conditioned air according to the installation position in a room of an air conditioner by changing the position of a louver at an air outlet to adjust the outlet direction of the conditioned air to be diffused from the air outlet into the room. SOLUTION: A fitting part 20 is formed in a part in which a panel 8 constitutes each end wall of a rectangular air outlet 4, a collar 18 is fitted to the fitting part 20 through a spacer 21 of appropriate thickness, and a joint 38 is turnably supported by the collar 18. When the collar 18 is directly fitted to the fitting part 20, and the spacer 21 is loaded thereon, the collar 18 is lowered by the distance equal to the thickness of the spacer 21, a louver 14 connected to the joint 18 and an oscillation mechanism such as a louver motor, a cam, and a link are lowered, and the position of the louver 14 at an air outlet 4 becomes low. The conditioned air to be diffused from the air outlet 4 is diffused downwardly in a room.

    • PURPOSE:To clear from the supply of air a current flowing in contact with the ceiling sideways and keep the supply from impinging upon the occupant by designing the outlet in a manner in which its inside surface on the outer side in a longitudinal section is formed in a plane down to the lower end forming an edge and with an inclination making a prescribed actuate angle to a horizontal plane. CONSTITUTION:The outer-side edge surface 4a of an outlet 4 is composed of a plane surface 4d having its lower end at Point A, a plane surface 4b forming the uppermost part, and a cylindrical surface 4c which is between the surface 4d and 4b and joins the two plane surfaces and is designed to lessen the resistance to the flow of air. The plane surface 4d and an outside surface 8a having an edge close to a ceiling panel 8 meet at Point A and form an adge. In a horizontal blowout the current of air blown out separates at the lowermost end Point A of the outlet 4 and, also guided by the plane surface 4d at the end of the outlet 4, in part spreads obliquely downward with deceleration in velocity of the flow. As a result, the air flowing close to the ceiling is reduced in amount. Therefore, the ceiling keeps clean and, since the downward flow slows down in velocity, the occupant becomes less sensitive to the presence of a draft.
