The rectifying circuit obtains DC power that is obtained by synthesizing outputs of the first three-phase full-wave rectifier 1 and the second three-phase full-wave rectifier 2. The transformer 3 is a non-insulated transformer. The rectifying circuit makes each phase of the three-phase AC power advance in a range of approximate 40° to approximate 80°, and outputs a phase voltage of the three-phase AC power in a range of approximate 85V to approximate 95V.
