The middle part of the horizontal frame 2 is connected to the lower end of the lower vertical frame 1b capably of being longitudinally tilted, a lower vertical frame tilting means 9 is connected between the front face of the lower end part of the upper vertical frame 1a and the front face of the middle part of the lower vertical frame 1b, and a horizontal frame tilting means 10 is connected between the rear part of the horizontal frame 2 and the rear face of the middle part of the lower vertical frame 1b.

    • PURPOSE: To provide an excavating device for a bucket elevator capable of grasping individual loads such as the bucket chain tension and excavating force and surely performing the fixed-quantity delivery control. CONSTITUTION: Oil pressure sensors 22, 23, 24 are provided at various sections, and a controller 25 compares the excavating force calculated from the detected value of the oil pressure sensor 23 (excavating force equivalent pressure + chain tension equivalent pressure) and the detected value of the oil pressure sensor 24 (chain tension equivalent pressure) with the excavating force target value and controls the lateral excavating speed of an excavating device to obtain the prescribed speed target value. The excavating force target value is updated in sequence based on the compared result between the lifting force calculated from the calculated excavating force and the detected value of the oil pressure sensor 22 (lifting force equivalent pressure excavating force equivalent pressure) and the lifting force target value, the lifting force is made coincident with the target value, the delivery quantity of the bulk cargo is made constant, and the fixedquantity delivery control can be surely performed.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify an unloader in structure as well as to aim at reduction in weight and operability, by installing a bucket-wheeled vertical rocking frame in a lower end of a vertical conveyor, and constituting a hopper so as to keep its verticality at all times, in case of the unloader for a bulk cargo inside a ship. CONSTITUTION:A bucket wheel type cargo collection receiver 20 is operated by a vertical conveyor frame 1, while a swing frame 22 is swung up and down by a swing driving device 24. And, a pair of bucket wheels 27 at a tip end of the swing frame 22 is rotated by a driving device 28, scraping a cargo in bulk, and it is fed to a hopper 30. At this time, even if the swing frame 22 is swung up and down, the hopper 30 always keeps its verticality owing to each action of link mechanisms 35a and 35b. In addition, a conveyor 21 with a machine is set up there, whereby the cargo in bulk is prevented from scattering. With this constitution, reduction in weight and improvement in operatability are well promoted.

SOLUTION: At the cleaning time of a bucket line 30, during the pause of an unloader or the pausing time of a pier loading unloading, the bucket 32 supplies a cleaning water from a cleaning water supply system 7 to a first nozzle pipe 5 and a second nozzle pipe 6 while circulation running the bucket line 30 slowly in an empty state and the water is discharged from the nozzles to the outer surface of the bucket 32 and a soil and dust adhered to the outer surface are washed out. As the water spouted from plural nozzles installed on the nozzle pipe 5 or 6 arranged on a U shape is discharged from all sides to the outer surface of the bucket 32 and at two places of the upper first nozzle pipe 5 and the lower second nozzle pipe 6, respective buckets 32 can be cleaned surely in a circulating order.
