摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to divert every unit to various kinds of structures to reduce a manufacturing cost and, at the same time, to convey every unit independently to plant, construction field and storage place to promote work efficiency. SOLUTION: A driving unit 12 having a driving wheel rotated and driven with a driving motor 24 and, at the same time, having an expansible expansion axis 28 in the direction of the axis by rotating monolithically with a driving axis 26 of the driving wheel and a follower unit 13 connected to the expansion axis 28 of the driving unit 12 and having a follower wheel 43 capable of being rotated monolithically with the driving wheel are connected with a large number of steel pipes 18 and anchor metal fixtures 32 in a detachable manner. Connection bases 14 and 15 are connected to the units 12 and 13 with a large number of steel pipes 18 and joints 51 in a detachable manner and are arranged sideways of a bridge girder 10, a work bench 17 is provided downward of the bridge girder 10 through a swivel base 16 capable of swiveling horizontally to the connection base 14, and a working robot 19 is loaded to a proper position of the steel pipes 18.
