摘要： PURPOSE:To easily place a coil on a coil receiving table with a crane even when the size of the coil is large by providing a reflection type laser sensor at the front end section of a cantilever arm extended in the transversal direction above the coil receiving base and measuring the distance from the sensor to the upper end of the coil downward in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:A cantilever arm 3 is mounted in a state where the arm 3 can be turned in the horizontal plane on the upper end of a strut 4 erected on one side of a coil receiving table 1 at a distance from the base 1. By attaching a reflection type laser sensor 9 to the front end section of the arm 3, the distance from the sensor 9 to the upper end of a band steel coil 2 in the vertical direction is measured downward from a position just above the center of the table 1. Then a computer 10 calculates and stores the diameter of the coil 2 based on the detected distance of the sensor 9. In addition, even when the diameter of the coil 2 is large, the coil 2 can be freely put on or removed from the table 1 from the side section or top section of the base 1 with an overhead crane by turning the arm 3.

And the twist lock cone is connected or disconnected and held by each cone chuck 40, so that it is connected or disconnected to the twist cone receiver of the container, or stored in the device 32, and each twist lock cone arranged on the twist cone receiver is locked or unlocked by respective cone operating devices 41.

In this constitution, material handling work takes place between the container cradle 31 and a chassis trailer 22 by the shuttle trolley frame 26 and the trolley 27. With this constitution, the promotion of lightweightiness is thus achievable.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of operation by disposing a trolley above a loading space between container receiving apparatus and suspending a laterally snatching type container spreader from the trolley to carry out the traveling, elevating and lowering and turning said spreader in the loading space. CONSTITUTION:A trolley is adapted to travel and a laterally snatching type container spreader 20 is vertically moved by a wire rope 12 to stop in a desired container receiving area. Then, an end of a horizontally turning beam 24 is mounted on a beam carrier member 1b in said area. Next, a truck 25 is transferred to the upper side of container in said area and a rotary lift machine 36 is operated to clamp the container with a twist lock pin 37. Then, the truck 25 is moved in the opposite direction and returned beneath a beam 28 for removably taking the container. After said beam 24 is turned, a laterally snatching type container spreader 20 is lowered and mounted onto a trailer. Thus, the efficiency of operation is improved.
