摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an artificial lightweight aggregate applicable to an aggregate of lightweight concrete from coal ash. CONSTITUTION:In producing an artificial lightweight aggregate by granulating and sintering coal ash, the coal ash is classified and adjusted to give coal ash having 1,500-2,000cm /g Blaine specific surface area. This coal ash is blended with 2-10wt.% clays, granulated and the surface of the granules is coated with 3-5wt.% clay, 5-10wt.% coal ash having 3,500-5,000cm /g Blaine specific surface area or >=3wt.% mixed powder of clay and coal ash and sintered to give the objective artificial lightweight aggregate.

SOLUTION: In the gas/liquid contact device, a spray nozzle for upwardly discharging a slurry solution to the inside of a tower body in which a gas is circulated. A shape of a liquid entrance part of the spray nozzle is made to a bell-like shape having a curvature of 0.2 times or more as compared with a diameter of liquid discharge port of the spray nozzle and, if necessary, a material of the spray nozzle comprises a polyether type urethane rubber having a specific hardness or a polyethylene having a specific molecular weight.

摘要： PURPOSE:To sufficiently carry out the sintering and readily obtain an artificial aggregate at a low cost by mixing coal ash with a low unburned carbon content with heavy oil ash, increasing the carbon content, then granulating the mixture and sintering the granulated mixture. CONSTITUTION:Heavy oil ash discharged from a heavy oil burning boiler is mixed with coal ash discharged from a coal burning boiler. Since the heavy oil ash contains unburned carbon and combustibility is excellent with a low bulk specific gravity, the unburned carbon content is a required carbon content (>=4wt.%) and the self-combustion of the granulated mixture is carried out in sintering thereof to perform sufficient sintering.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce liquid nitrogen or liquid oxygen by LNG cryogenic and use it as a heat sink for a freezing or refrigerating facility. SOLUTION: A direct cooling system X that uses a nonpolluting heat sink that is produced using LNG cryogenic is provided. The system X includes liquid gas producing means 2 for producing liquid nitrogen or liquid oxygen by an air separating method using LNG introduced from an LNG plant facility as a refrigerant, LNG reliquefaction means 3 for subjecting the LNG after the heat exchange to reliquefaction and recycling the use of the LNG, and storage supplying means 4 for enclosing and transporting the liquid nitrogen or the liquid oxygen. The liquid nitrogen or the liquid oxygen is used as a heat sink for an external thermal load. Also, by branching and introducing, part of the LNG after the heat exchange that is introduced into the LNG reliquefaction means 3, into power generating means for dispersed power supply 6 that is provided outside the system, the system X is linked with an outside system that includes the power generating means 6.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible cogeneration system which uses at least two units of a fuel cell power generation system (cell stack) available in a reversible manner and serves as a distributed power supply located in a remote area with regard to an existing main power generation system, and which supplies power and heat quickly according to various situations. SOLUTION: The generation system X includes an electrolytic storage unit (SPWE) 1 comprising a first solid polymer electrolyte cell stack, a fuel cell power generation unit (PEFC) 2 comprising a second polymer electrolyte cell stack using a hydrogen gas as fuel, and a generated water tank 6 for circulating the generated water of the fuel cell power generation unit 2 through the electrolytic storage unit for reuse. The first solid polymer electrolyte cell stack generates by electrolysis the hydrogen gas and an oxygen gas by introducing pure water 3 into the system and consuming midnight electric power, and stores in each separate storage means. The first and the second solid polymer electrolyte cell stacks 1, 2 are arranged in a reversible manner and constitute input/ output systems so that these may share either electrolysis or power generation respectively.
