摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the positive discrimination of a paper roll interfering with stacking storage by automatically measuring the end face shape of a paper roll to be an object of stacking, and making an automatic judgment on whether the object paper roll is compatible with stacking on the basis of the measured result. CONSTITUTION:An elevating rod 9 is supported at a traversing base 8, reciprocated along a linear guide 5 through a Y-axis feed motor 7, in such a way as to be movable in the Z-axis direction through a Z-axis feed motor 10. A distance measuring sensor 11 is fitted to the elevating rod 9, and the elevating rod 9 is adjusted in height along the Z-axis by the driving of the motor 10 and reciprocated at that height in the Y-axis direction within the reference vertical face 12 by the driving of the motor 7 to measure the distance to the end face 2 of a paper roll 1 at minute time intervals. From this measured value, the shape of the end face 2 of the paper roll 1 connecting the measured points is obtained by operation, and whether this end face shape, that is, the paper roll 1 with this end face shape, is compatible with stacking is discriminated by the relative operation of this end face shape and the set condition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize a sure grasp with no dropping accident by displacing a friction grasping pad in an internally facing radial direction through a link mechanism by lowering down a slide plate slid so as to press roll paper grasped, at the time of hoisting the roll paper, after grasping, by the friction grasping pad. CONSTITUTION:In the case of placing a vertical arm 8 in an opening position, a friction grasping pad 22 is pulled to a position brought into contact with a slide plate 21 through a chain 40 by weight of a weight 23. Next, when the vertical arm 8 is moved to a closing position by a lift beam with its own weight, the pad 22 is brought into contact with an external surface of roll paper 9 in a tiltless vertical condition, to receive downward directional friction force by contact with the roll paper 9. This downward directional force is transmitted to the slide plate 21 through a back surface protrusive part 33 of the pad 22, to lower down this plate in a follow-up manner. In this way, link pieces 46, 47 are turned from a V shape to the shape near a straight line, and the pad 22 is extruded in an internally facing radial direction through the back surface protrusive part 33, to clamp the roll paper 9 by the pad 22.
