    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently manufacturing inorganic peroxide which is conventionally impossible to be mass-produced.
      SOLUTION: A reaction apparatus is structured by dividing into an anode chamber, an intermediate chamber and a cathode chamber with a cathode and an anode and dividing the intermediate chamber by a diaphragm of the cation exchange membrane into an anode side intermediate chamber positioned between the anode and the diaphragm and a cathode side intermediate chamber positioned between the cathode and the diaphragm. The method of manufacturing the inorganic peroxide using the reaction apparatus includes a step of: manufacturing a hydrogen peroxide-containing alkali aqueous solution by introducing an alkali electrolyte into the anode side intermediated chamber and the cathode side intermediate chamber, generating electron in the anode and reducing the oxygen in the cathode; and a step of depositing inorganic peroxide crystal by concentrating and/or cooling the hydrogen peroxide-containing alkali aqueous solution.
