摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for vertical bag-forming, filling, and packaging and a method for packaging for automatically and reliably fixing a freshness preservative inside a packaging bag to be formed by using the apparatus. SOLUTION: Packaging bags 80 are continuously formed of a sheet-like packaging material 50 induced by a sailor 61 inside an outer sailor cylinder equipped with the sailor 61, and a product inlet cylinder 72 for filling an object to be packaged into the individual bags 80 for forming packages is placed via a slit. A freshness preservative 12 is fixed on the sheet-like packaging material 40 via an adhesive agent 53 applied in spots or in lines in a right-angled direction to an advancing direction of the sheet-like packaging material, while a space in which the preservative 12 can be reversely rotated is provided at a part corresponding to a position on the product inlet cylinder 72 where the preservative 12 may be reversely rotated.

After that, the beltlike body 3 with the tape 5 is separated apart by cutting connection parts between bags 2 of deoxydizing agent.
