摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move heat generated from a LED or a LED element efficiently, also release outside, and restrict down a temperature of the LED or the LED element by a method wherein an elastic plate having high heat conductivity is disposed between one face of a stand and the other face of an insulation substrate. SOLUTION: If a current flows in a LED 4, a LED element heats the LED 4 by a Joule heat, and this heat transmits to an insulation substrate 2 by conduction. Furthermore, heat transfers from this insulation substrate 2 to a stand 1 by conduction. The heat transfers is conducted smoothly from this insulation substrate 2 to the stand 1 by close adhesion of a rubber 5 between the stand 1 and the insulation substrate 2, and the heat transferring to the stand 1 diffuses to the stand 1. Thus, the heat conduction to the stand 1 is executed efficiently and also the heat transferred to the stand 1 can be diffused to the entire stand 1 for a short time. Furthermore, the heat released from the LED 4 is released efficiently and externally, and as a result, the temperature of the LED 4 is restricted down.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a long life, to uniform luminance and to expand a light flux, by providing a heat conductive plate having one end connected to a heat sink so as to be able to transmit heat and plural LED elements covered by an electrical insulating material layer placed on one side through an insulating material, and a thin sheet diffusion transmission layer disposed apart from the one side. SOLUTION: An LED element 4 generates heat by electrically energizing it and its temperature rises. The heat is transmitted to a heat conductive plate 1 through an electrical insulating material 3, and is dissipated to the atmosphere from the side of heat sink 2 fixed to one end of the heat conductive plate 1. Since the heat resistance of the heat conductive plate 1 is small, the heat coming out of the LED element 4 is efficiently discharged outward, and as a result, the temperature of the LED element 4 is suppressed at a low level. Light emitted from the plural LED element 4 does not form a flat surface light source having uniform luminance as a total, because the LED elements 4 are discontinuously disposed, however its luminance is averaged out by diffusion transmission if it reaches a diffusion transmission layer 6 positioning externally.

SOLUTION: This LED light-source appliance comprises a base plate 1 having an upward-opened U-shaped cross-section and LED light-source modules. Each of the modules comprises a substrate of a hollow circular cylindrical shape, wherein one end of the substrate is open and is positioned on the lower planar part of the base plate, while the other end has a planar part, on which a plurality of LED light-sources are mounted. The heat dissipation efficiency is improved by using a material of high thermal conductivity such as metal for the material of the LED light-source modules. The connection circuit for the LED light sources is of series connection, wherein a Zener diode is connected to each LED light source with reverse polarity.
