    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To air-condition the whole passenger room area even if one unit among outdoor machines runs into trouble by providing two or more outdoor machines arranged on a floor of a moving body and plural indoor machines arranged in a ceiling part of the moving body, and connecting the respective outdoor machines in order to refrigerating cycles of respective systems of the whole indoor machines. SOLUTION: Indoor machines 7 of 12 units are arranged on the ceiling of a passenger room 2 of a train, and a single indoor machine 8 is respectively arranged on the ceiling of entrances 3 and 4, and a refrigerant delivered from refrigerant compressors built in outdoor machines 5 and 6 arranged in the entrance 3, is flowed in the whole indoor machines of 12 units through a main pipe 9 of refrigerant piping and a branch pipe 10 of refrigerant piping. The respective indoor machines 7 and 8 are formed as a structure that respective refrigerants delivered from the outdoor machine 5 and the outdoor machine 6 return to an evaporator without being mixed together. Therefore, even if one unit among the outdoor machines 5 and 6 runs into trouble, since the refrigerant delivered from another one unit flows in the whole outdoor machines 7 and 8 of 12 units, air-conditioning can be continued.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately bring the indoor temperature into coincidence with a set temperature by collating the control conditions retrieved by first and second retrieving means with a predetermined control rule, and deciding the change amount of heating capacity in a heater. SOLUTION: When a set temperature Ts is set (ST1 to 2), a temperature change rate ΔTr is calculated (ST3, 4), the present indoor temperature Ta is compared with the temperature Ts, and a temperature deviation amount ΔTs is calculated (ST5). Then, a control condition retrieving unit 13 retrieves the control condition having the highest adaptability with the change rate ΔTs as the input variable of the temperature change rate membership function (ST6). Thereafter, a control condition retrieving unit 14 retrieves the control condition having the highest adaptability with the amount ΔTs as the input variable of the temperature deviation amount membership function (ST7). When a change amount deciding unit 21 collates the control condition with a control rule to decide the change amount P of cooling or heating capacity (ST8), a control output unit 22 controls so that the cooling or heating capacity is altered by the amount Pw (ST9).
