    • PURPOSE:To provide a casting mold which facilitates optimum temperature control for effecting optimum molding, provided with an easily adjustable temperature control device by providing a water receiving container for use in controlling temperature in molten cast resin above a sprue of a casting mold so that the container is dipped into the resin. CONSTITUTION:Molten casting resin 4, in the form of liquid, is poured into a casting mold 10 so that the resin reaches a resin holding section 7, so that a water receiving container 11 for controlling temperature is dipped into the resin 4 in the holding section 7. The mold 10 together with a temperature con trol device including the container 11 is put into a constant temperature bath having a temperature of 130 deg.C or higher. The casting resin 4, thermosetting resin, begins to harden at a high temperature. Since the container 11 is placed in the resin 4 in the holding section 7, optimum specified temperature distribu tion is achieved in a molding section 10a below the sprue 5. In the sprue 5 and section 7, the resin 4 is maintained at a temperature such that the resin 4 is not solidified and for compensating the contraction of the resin 4 in the section 10a due to solidification of the resin 4, the resin 4 in the section 7 is supplied through the sprue 5 to produce a suitable molded item.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate preparatory work and to prevent the deterioration of the machining precision of a casting insulating material by a method in which the upper part and the one end of each column are connected, the peripheral part of an upper plate is pressed elastically by the other end, and a pressing apparatus is provided which is formed openably/separably with the peripheral part of the upper plate. SOLUTION: A casting insulating material 23 is arranged between a lower plate 17 and an upper plate 26, the peripheral part of the upper plate is pressed by the first pressing apparatus 35, and a correcting jig of a casting insulating material 23 which pressed the other end of a conductor 25 by the second pressing apparatus is mounted on a roller conveyer, transported to a heating oven, and heated to a strain removing temperature in the oven. The jig is taken out from the oven after the completion of heating and cooled gradually by radiation so that the correction of the insulating material 23 to correct a casting resin 24 is carried out to the precision of the lower plate 17 and the upper plate 26. When the insulating material 23 is cooled after heating, a casting resin 24 is pressed by the first pressing apparatus 35 following the shrinkage.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting mold not having fear such that the inner wall of a mold main body is abraded by an embedded metal during repeated use to become depressed and the embedded metal is fitted in the formed depression to protrude from the outer surface of the resin of a cast product. SOLUTION: A large diameter part 17a and a stepped part 17b are formed to the embedded metal attaching hole 17, which pierces through a mold main body 11, at the side of the hollow part 13 thereof, and the outside screw part 20 protruding to the outside of the mold main body 11, the inside screw part 21 protruding toward the hollow part 13 and the embedded metal receiving part 22 capable of being fitted in the large diameter part 17a are provided to the embedded metal support shaft 19 inserted in the embedded metal attaching hole 17. The embedded metal 16 is threaded with the inside screw part 21 to be fastened and fixed to the embedded metal receiving part 22 and a nut 23 is threaded with the outside screw part 20 to fasten and fix the embedded metal receiving part 22 to the stepped part 17b of the embedded metal attaching hole 17.
