摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a large clearance between each of heat-exchanger tubes and the fitting hole of each of heat-transfer fins so as to make the work of insertion easier by forming hollows in the inner and outer peripheries in cross section. CONSTITUTION:Hollows 6a are formed in the inner and outer peripheries of each of heat-exchanger tubes 6 in cross section so as to make the largest outermost circle smaller than the outside diameter of a tube with the same peripheral length. On the other hand, the peripheral length of the heat-exchanger tube 6 in cross section is made larger than the corresponding peripheral length of the fitting hole 4 of a heat- transfer fin 2. The heat-exchanger tube 6 is passed through the fitting hole 4. With a tube expander 6 inserted into the heat-exchanger tube 6 and after contact of the tool with the hollows 6a inside the tube the tool pushes out the inner and outer peripheries at each hollow 6a while giving bending force to the peripheries of the heat- exchanger tube 6. The expansion of the tube is continued until the inner wall agrees with the inserted tool and then the heat-transfer fin 2 is fixed to the heat-exchanger tube 6 under pressure. As a result, as compared with a conventional, circular heat- exchanger tube expanded by tensile force, the heat-exchanger tube 6 herein discussed can be expanded by a very small force of about one-third the conventional.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable use under a high temperature without necessitating a surplus vulcanizing process by including thermoplastic elastomer, adhesion applying agent, and high specific gravity filling material in a constituent material. SOLUTION: A damping material has a self-adhesive property and an adhesive property with respect to an object material, for example, a sheet shaped damping material 1 is wound around a piping 2, an inside surface of the damping material 1 is stuck on an outside surface of the piping 2, both inside surfaces of the damping materials which are opposed to each other are integratedly matched and stuck with/on each other, and thereby the damping material 1 is adapted to the piping 2. A material having a low hardness and elasticity is preferably used after blending with adhesion applying agent and high specific gravity filling material, as thermoplastic elastomer of a damping material composition. A material capable of effectively increasing a weight of an obtained damping material is used as the high specific gravity filling material. A material having a self-adhesive property and for sticking a damping material on an object material is used as the adhesion applying agent.

Then, a thin wire 11 is inserted into the gap between the bush 13 and the spatula 12 from one end side of the bush 13, the bush 13 is rotated for leading the thin wire 11 to the groove of the inner wall surface of the bush 13, and the cooling fin 3 being spirally wound is led from the other side of the bush 13.
